PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
· Only weekly rentals are available. Please check our availability calendar.
· Payment for rental is by personal check only.
· A $350.00 deposit (which will be applied towards your rent), is required to reserve your week.
· Should you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you forfeit your $350.00 deposit. All other funds will be returned to you.
· Final payment of your rent is due in full, 30 days before arrival, along with a $500.00 security deposit.
· Your security deposit will be refunded to you promptly, after housekeeping has determined if there is any damage or missing items.
